Graphic Designer Apr 1st 2013, 07:30 Core Responsibilities: • Understands the creative and business needs and determines presentation of illustrative material and copy • Develops innovative ideas / themes in graphical form for various requirements of Marketing and Corporate Communication team • Prepares graphics and layouts for all communication material such as advertisements posters, logos, brochures and website • Creates designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and design concepts • Designs all communication material for indoor and outdoor usage, responsible for soft and hard copies of communication / marketing material • Researches and keep abreast of the latest designs, market trends, developments in IT and preferences of the customers • Coordinates and assists in the execution of large format printing including colour and profile management • Oversees the printing needs of communication material as per specifications and corporate guidelines, and coordinates between internal stakeholders and external vendors • Work closely with corporate communications to ensure that the literature on the designs are well written and are in line with the company's communication strategy • Actively participates in assigned Cross Functional Teams (CFT) and ensures timely dissemination of information to CFT • Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by the Senior Marketing Executive Self-Management: • Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role • Sets performance goals in the beginning of the year after discussion with the Senior Marketing Executive and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year • Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agree on them with the Senior Marketing Executive to ensure that the required training is arranged and attended Job Details Date Posted: 2013-04-01 Job Location: Kuwait Job Role: Art/Design/Creative Company Industry: Graphic Design; Real Estate; Marketing Preferred Candidate Career Level: Entry Level Apply Now - Jobs in Kuwait - Search All Jobs
