To properly handle the Bank's monthly internal telephone system.
To be responsible for circulation of all telephone extensions to the concerned staff and properly handling all business and personal calls made in accordance with the outlined procedures and policies.
To be responsible for filing all telephone extensions bills and reports produced by the telephone system on monthly basis for record purposes and future need.
To handle the entire Bank's incoming and outgoing mail whether ordinary, registered or courier in accordance with the procedures incorporated in GIBMAN.
To be responsible for maintaining adequate stamps stock in the Bank's Franking Machine in conjunction with the involved vendor.
To maintain and update all the necessary records pertaining to the Mail Section.
To properly handle the Bank's postage facility and the Bank's incoming and outgoing hand mail in accordance with the Bank's procedures.
To handle all routine follow ups with the Bank's courier company in case of problems in coordination with his Line Manager.
To properly handle all the routine clerical works in his area of responsibility.
To handle any other task assigned by his immediate Line Manager.
