Contract Generalist is responsible for supporting and driving the procurement operations in the procurement and contracts department. He/she is responsible for procuring materials or services for the business operations of T4EDU and its internal customers and subsidiaries. He/she is also responsible for driving the tendering operations of bids from the moment of raising the PR request until the award and finalization of bids. He/she is also responsible for the procurement operations for requesting department by receiving and reviewing requisitions for goods or services, communicating with vendors to obtain product or service information, working on the qualification of vendors, selecting products for purchase, testing, observing, or examining items and also expediting orders and requests as on a as needed. Therefore he/she shall perform the following:


•Drive and operate the tendering process :management of PR's, processing of vendor registration and prequalification, drafting and review of RFP's, evaluation and analysis of technical and commercial bid responses, participation in the bid negotiation process, drafting and negotiation of contracts for awarded bids
•Drive and operate the procurement operations: management of PR's, processing of vendor registration and prequalification, drafting and review of RFQ's, evaluation and selection of vendors in collaboration with requesting department, Preparation and submission of Purchase Orders/contracts (when applicable) .
•Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure.
•Provide contractual guidance to business team members for appropriate Statement of Work.
•Manage contract-change control process. Liaise and interact with concerned departments to incorporate inputs/changes to the draft contracts.
•Analyze new law, regulation and contract trends for potential impact on business unit goals and objectives.
•Assist in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes.
•Ensure orders conform to specifications, terms and conditions and legal requirements and are delivered in a timely manner.
•Procure urgent requirements when needed and ensure the completion of the approval process and documents.
•Prepare periodic reports with respect to the Procurement function's activities and achievements to be submitted to the Procurement Manager.
•Carry out any other tasks and duties assigned by the Procurement Manager
