•Participate in the design and conducting of training needs analyses to determine training requirements.
•Arrange local training courses and in-house courses and coordinate arrangement of external courses and seminars.
•Build and maintain close working relationships with other departments/areas and ensure that a high quality of HR service is provided.
•Administer courses and course programs efficiently, ensuring all attendees are registered and necessary evaluation forms are completed and returned for post course analysis
•Support attendees after training, where necessary, so that the skills and knowledge gained are effectively put into practice in the work place
•Deliver induction training to new recruits helping them
•to learn the basic knowledge and skills to integrate effectively into Mobil
•Take responsibility for own self-development so that new ideas, innovations and approaches can be utilized by the Training Department in the interests of the business
•Support other Training and Delivery staff to improve their own performance
•Provide training support as required for on-boarding, retention and succession planning programs
