1. Purpose of Position: Overall contribution to corporate goal
• Develop leaders in Logistics and AMS in order to support growth targets as well as seamless succession.
• Lead the implementation of the strategic directions in the area of Logistics, AMS and operations in order to support efficiently the company targets as well as to create full customer satisfaction
2. Accountabilities
• Define 3YP in line with company vision. Delivering strategic initiatives.
• Define OYP in line with company strategies. Delivering Key initiatives, targets, head count planning and budget.
• Establish financial budgets / rolling forecast and take responsibility for profit/loss
• Define and monitor performance goals in line with department objectives by using tools such as road maps and cockpit charts.
• Motivate department personnel to achieve high performance goals by implementing correct training, coaching and incentives.
• Bench mark, make gap analysis' and action plans inline with other market organizations
• Recruit and develop top-quality team members.
• Understand and align all objectives and communication for customers
• Establish and maintain productive communication channels across departments.
AMS leadership
• Drive repair cycle time reductions to minimum days
• Develop methods to maximize productivity and quality with minimal cost.
Logistics leadership
• Drive CPO customer perfect order
• Drive high standards of warehousing and delivery
Operations
• Implement, audit and continuous improve all processes and procedures in SAP
