The Role: You will actively work towards reducing store shrinkage and creating a safe and pleasant environment for customers and employees and supervise the Security Officers. Responsibilities: * Supervise, assign tasks/patrolling areas and prepare duty schedules/rotas for Security Officers. * Assign Security Officers and personally carry out patrols in order to identify customer/employee theft. * Lead and conduct random employee searches in accordance with company procedures. * Monitor stock deliveries/storage and ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards.
