Identify required undergraduate and post graduate staff qualifications to sustain a competitive advantage in core business areas being park and recreation management, management of museums & learning centers, Lifesciences and conservation
Conduct a study on current and future business qualification needs based on strategic plans and business objectives
Liaise with Higher Education council to identify accredited academic institutions offering required qualifications and develop a list of available study options
Communicate with Academic institutions to identify admission requirements, length of study programs, attained qualifications and all other related requirements
Develop proposals for Abu Dhabi Education Council detailing required short and long term academic qualifications for current and future employees
Manage the admission and registration process of nominated employees and follow-up on their attendance and progress
Coordinate with HR, General Services and Finance department on all logistics related to abroad study for current employees
Coordinate internship opportunities locally and abroad for studying employees as part of their graduation requirements
Coordinate with local Academic institutions on possible areas of cooperation to better prepare students to join the labour market
Coordinate with internal departments the execution of agreed upon activities and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operation
Coordinate with work experience officer and HR department to secure internship opportunities and to develop a talent pool for recruitment purposes
