• Forwards new permit to work applications to contractors and makes necessary copies for contractor to place on site with a set filed for regulatory inspection
• Coordinate and update the PTW tracking Register and sends out daily updates on New & Expiring Permit to Work status for the respective department follow up
• Coordinate and update the Non Conformance tracking Register daily
• Coordinate the compilation and issue of weekly safety statistics and reports
• Coordinate to include necessary statistics in the Monthly QHSE Reports for the Manager
• Assist the QHSE Engineer in Chemical Registering and Tracking
• Assist the QHSE Engineer in MSDS compilation and tracking
• Assist the QHSE Engineer in filing matters related to the Legal Register
• Assist the QHSE Engineer in administrative matters related to the HIRA review exercises.
• Assist the QHSE Engineer in equipment register updates and issue and tracking of inspection stickers
• Facilitates the booking of rooms, projectors and informing staff and contractors about upcoming safety trainings, registers all the attendance and updates the Training Records and Graphs
• Prepares necessary Transmittals for distribution of safety information (CD/hand outs) on site for tenants and contractors operating in Katara
• Assist to prepare all documents and records for internal and external audits verification pertaining to the QHSE department
• Assist to send out reminders on upcoming QHSE Monthly meetings and facilitates in arranging room and projector for meetings and document all attendance for compliance
• Ensures that the safety Bulletin Board is always updated with the most current safety information and awareness news.
• Assist in duplication and transmittal of department letters
• Assist in daily Security Attendance verification
• Assist in Security Bio Data and CID records compilation
• Assist in compilation of Security Incident Reports for tracking and statistics
• Assist in the application of Badges for new staff and contractors
• Support in other administrative matters including printing, binding, laminating, filing
• Any other duties assigned by the Safety & Security Manager
At least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Building, Civil) from a recognised institution
