PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Training and Development Institute in Dubai has been founded to shape the next generation knowledge workforce. It is an integral part of the MENA Growth Plan. The SAP Training and Development Institute's mission is to support the creation of sustainable workplaces by boosting the business system knowledge of students, young graduates, and the experienced workforce in the region.
As Business Development Expert for Education and Training you will drive the growth of market participation of the activities of the SAP Training & Development Institute. You will work closely with customers and partners throughout Saudi Arabia in order to increase participation and sponsorship for education and training projects
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As Business Development Expert, Education and Training within the SAP Training & Development Institute (SAP TDI) you will:
* Directly interact with customers and prospects to position the value of SAP TDI's Solutions and Services, including the SAP Mawared program and other training initiatives.
* Prospect new companies as potential customers of SAP's TDI's solutions by researching and understanding the MENA market and liaising with other SAP stakeholders; SAP Education, Field Services, University Alliance and Marketing.
* Pursue professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the markets and industries SAP serves as well as the products and services SAP provides.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* 7+ years of sales experience, ideally within software education and training sales or consulting sales.
* Experience working in a global technology organisation.
* Experience in working with customers, partners and suppliers.
