Purpose of Job Position:
Responsibility for realization of all human resources related services within the company. Supporting employees and managers in all topics regards HR. And to execute all HR's admin. And procedural tasks ( other than government and personnel tasks) relating to recruitment CV search, initial sorting classification, short listing, training, performance appraisal, policies and procedures, contracts.
Job description:
- Consult workforce related topics with managers to support them and their staff members
- Support in recruitment and hiring process.
- Keep Job Descriptions and Specifications for all positions, support managers with updating it and creating new ones
- Responsibility for HR administration (payroll, benefits, labor contracts)
- Participate in induction process and support managers in area of adaptation for new employees
- Support managers in performance management process, maintain and develop methodic base for it
