Role Summary/Purpose
The Healthcare Institute - Eastern & African Growth Markets is part of GE Healthcare's continuing commitment to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare service delivery.Starting from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Healthcare Institute delivers clinical, technical and leadership training and education to healthcare practitioners.Service is provided using a wide range of instructional delivery methods including instructor led courses, hands-on, video-based courses and on-line train
Essential Responsibilities
1. Coordinate logistics and support activities for delivery of GE HCI - ME training and educational seminars, courses and conferences. 2. Coordinate service from vendors and suppliers, including issuing Purchase Orders and processing payment documentation. 3. Coordinate client activities including advertising, enrolment, class lists and issuing certificates. 4. Support the training teams and HCI-ME management, as required 5. Prepare documents in English and Arabic and coordinate reproduction of materials. 6. Complete other relevant duties, as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
? Bachelor's degree is required.? Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English, is required. ? Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.? Knowledge and experience in healthcare or with the training development and delivery processes, is preferred.? Able to multi-task, deliver quality work and excel in a fast-paced work environment, is preferred? Able to deal directly with clients, vendors and employees of other organizations, is required. ?
