- The B2B System Integration Analyst will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through implementation of the solution and also support.
- This role will work closely with HO E-Commerce business stakeholders and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure the solutions and deliverables are on time and accurate to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
- This role will closely work with system vendors, discuss and agree approach for the solutions, monitor SDLC and ensure quality releases are received and deployed in production environment.
- This role will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop and implement technical solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, issue resolution and also optimize cost.
- This position is responsible for defining and executing test cases for E-commerce and other B2B applications.
- This role will closely work with system vendors to review test cases and results, perform IT testing and he/she will also coordinate with business users to assist them in performing UAT.
- Develops, prioritizes, communicates and coordinates technical changes to applications to fulfil business objectives
- Handles the technical aspects of complicated application implementations for growth initiatives- Analyses and documents functional requirements and evaluates solutions and alternatives
- Provides technical analysis of application features and recommendations for integration and implementation
- Reviews application productivity and provides counsel, as needed
- Coordinates vendor activity to achieve production fixes, application enhancements and manages vendor delivery
- Ensures technical readiness, security and availability of applications
- Develops and executes comprehensive project plans for new application implementations.
- Contributes to integration efforts with other applications and initiatives.
- Participates in vendor delivery of production fixes and application upgrades
- Assists with the technical development and maintenance of all B2B systems and applications
- Responsible for all changes required in TRUST ERP to implement B2B solutions.
- Ensure all the approaches are consulted with Head of B2B function before making the changes.
- Responsible for integrating various system modules with B2B Applications which includes Ecommerce solutions.
- Coordinates issue resolution with other support areas, as required
- Provides enhanced technical and procedural support for all queries from Help Desk
- Cross-trains the IT Operations group and Helpdesk to support critical business systems
- Communication and coordination with Internal customers, Software vendors for successful delivery of solutions
- Communication with IT management and various IT internal teams to create awareness on current B2B systems and functionalities and also future plans.
- Coordination with Helpdesk to close issues reported by business users on timely manner and accurately.
- Analysing raw data, apply analytical skills and come-up with reports that would help B2B team to achieve process improvements in SDLC and also in delivering business requirements
- Prepare and Submit accurate reports to business and management periodically and also on demand
- Prepare detailed functional and technical test plan in line with the actual requirements document and priority.
- Prepare detailed test cases for each release which must include all possible positive and negative scenarios
- Review test plan with System integration analyst and software vendor for every release
- Ensure test cases are in line with requirements and vendor test case document
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of test cases and results for tracking purpose in future
- Maintain history of all releases and its respective test cases for ready reference
- Report release defects to vendor and follow up until bug-fix releases received
