Be able to run and supervise daily operation related to the medical center and full experience of HR and purchasing process
•Participate in the development of corporate goals, objectives and policies.
•Strategic planning and operational planning
•Contracting Health Insurance companies
•Represent the center at public and professional meetings and conferences .
•Direct, supervise the functions of centers including daily operation issues, systems, budget, materials management, human resources, data processing and maintenance.
•Supervises scheduling and daily assignment of duties for nursing staff.

• Implements and provide all documents required for the MOH license issuing and renewal
• supervise and be responsible of all Medical staff licensing and requirements
•Implement marketing plans which include assisting with the development of the corporate strategy, promotion of the centers and their professionals,
•Handle public relations and referral.
•Maintain the buildings, grounds, facilities and equipment following the safety standards
•Purchasing & Inventory control:
•Meet with vendors and assess new equipments or products
•Maintain and compile statistics when necessary or upon the request of the senior management.
•Recruiting healthcare practitioners and Administrative staff
Interviews applicants and makes recommendations
• Tracks and manages vacation, sick leave utilization and time and attendance
• Review staff time for payroll
• Orients and trains staff on specific processes and service standards
• Develop budgets, including forecasts of revenue, workload, requirements for personnel, space,
