Job Purpose:
Oversee and update the implementation of corporate immigration policies in-line with the latest Kingdom's laws and regulations. Ensure sound compliance and solid and timely performance related to the processing of all employee immigration services.
Accountabilities:
• Follow-up on changes in legislation and current immigration affairs across KSA and update SSC's policies accordingly.
• Review and update company-wide immigration policies and process and procedures based on latest KSA laws and regulations (issuance/renewals of passports, Iqamahs, E-Wakalas, travel visas, when needed).
• Review and update standards and quality for immigration applications and documentations to ensure compliance with the Kingdom's immigration laws.
• Submit timely reports about company's immigrant employees to corresponding governmental entities on a regular basis.
• Monitor the processing of immigration applications across the company and develop / install new techniques and systems to enhance process efficiency and control.
• Track Government services fees (Iqamahs, work permits, Wakalas etc.) to monitor changes in expenses and adjust actual spend to budget.
