Accountabilities:
• Set and implement insurance policies and guidelines for staff, projects under construction, property under operations, third party liability insurance, and others.
• Prepare the annual insurance plan and budget based on projects and properties under operations.
• Provide input relating to insurance clauses of all contracts.
• Obtain quotations from insurance companies for newly acquired PPE's.
• Analyze the offers of different insurance provider and preparation of a comparative analysis for management selection.
• Track expiry dates of insurance policies to ensure all policies are timely renewed and re-negotiate renewals.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, government offices or hospitals in ensuring that claims are being recovered based on the policy.
