الوصف الوظيفي

Key Accountabilities:

1. Help in prepare the LPOs and maintain a healthy stock levels, verify received goods (expiry date, number, and stock condition) to pharmacy.
2. Maximize stock availability and minimize shortage to less than 4000 AED yearly and AED 1000 expiry.
3. Verify received goods (quantities, damaged, expiry date), control expiry stock, arrange stocks from/to other branches.
4. Provide the highest standards of customer service by filling their prescriptions and assistance.
5. Minimize customers complaints to maximum 3 complaints per year.
6. Maintain the highest standards of cleaning and stock arrangement.
7. Monitor staff performance and working hours.
8. Avoid closing the pharmacy for any reason and maintain the pharmacy operational hours as per the agreed working hours.
9. Pharmacist should work with his/her team to achieve settled sales targets.
10. Avoid any MOH complaints regarding the controlled medicines and any related issues, for self and managed staff.
11. Monitor controlled medicines, assure compliance with MOH and other health related organization rules and regulations.
12. Prepare controlled drugs monthly report to MOH correctly without delay.
13. Timely insurance claims submission and resubmission, comply and update his/her staff on the insurance SOPs.
14. ZERO rejection due to pharmacy or staff mistakes.

المهارات

1. MOH and HAAD exams (for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain only) Bachelor degree in pharmacy
2. Presentable, excellent in verbal communications (English and Arabic), excellent selling skills, computer literate, having a car and driving license.
3. Accountable, customer service, integrity and sales oriented.
