Purpose of the Role:
Business Development within the local market
Major Functions:
• Develop opportunities for management consultancy, organizational development and executive search services.
• Coordinate and manage customer expectations, working to exceed targets and goals.
• Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
• Work closely with the Company's strategic team to maximize sales
• Develop opportunities into sales. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
• Handle research to source and leverage the information required to achieve sales and use commercial awareness and logic to develop new selling ideas and techniques.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to compile, analyze, and interpret information from both internal and external sources to identify opportunities for new projects / business initiatives.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Presents the company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Manage project tasks, time-lines, and deliverables efficiently. Provide regular updates.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Reports to the Managing Director
