As Director of Learning & Talent your remit is to design, develop & Implement people development strategies and talent management strategies to ensure sustained employee pipeline.
You will prepare, establish and drive the Talent management strategy, drive the competency based performance management system, at individual, team and organizational levels with the HRBP's across the business. You ensure competency mapping for all jobs and develop and improve the competency level displayed by all functions.
You will also prepare succession planning and career management strategy and develop policies and processes for Learning& Talent Management, to successfully fulfill the Development Agenda for the Company.
Additionally you will ensure the development of high-potential employees and senior-most managers and design, evaluate and support Management Trainee programs, to build a stream of quality junior management bench and future leaders.
