- Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party efficiently.
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing correspondences on behalf of the general manager.
- Schedule meetings.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Record, write and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Responsible for petty cash fund to pay for the small expenditures.
- Prepare certain orders (offices' supplies, and others..)
- Follow up with some maintenance issues.
- Follow up with shipment clearance agencies.
