Technical Manager - Metro - Qatar Rail Feb 1st 2013, 19:49 • Manage the technical interfaces inside Qatar Rail's departments during the construction phase. • Establish and maintain a technical interface plan covering the Qatar Rail interdepartmental cooperation for and during the project implementation phase. • Identify tasks for the engineering and the operation department. • Review / assessment of interface programs and procedures. • Assessment of interface coordination work and activities during the construction phases - Qatar Rail / PMC / Design Review Consultant / Design Verification Engineer / Contractor. • Advising on issues / problems arising from site investigation and construction activities. • Inspect / audit construction projects in order to identify / analyze interface problems.
