About the Job:
We now have an exciting role for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Your role will vary from supporting the staff out in the front-line stores to the implementation of HR initiatives/strategies. Other key responsibilities will include:
* Ensure the HR function of the brand is managed in accordance within each countries local legislation;
* Provide consultative advice to managers and staff on a wide range of HR matters including discipline/ grievance and performance management; and
* Ensure that our workforce has a diversified nationality mix and plays an active role in exceeding local staff hiring targets for each of the different countries.
