The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join the Corporate Sales team in Abu Dhabi.
Job Purpose:
To assist Corporate Sales team in vehicle sales functions including opening sales orders, notifying cars, maintaining documentation, arranging the cars, etc. Attends to customers in the absence of salesmen, sending quotations etc.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
* Handling all general administration issues for the CF department including incoming emails/ inquiries.
* Providing information on vehicle availability to SEs (provides improved notifications to improve PDI throughput)
* Monitoring Vehicle movement status
* Opening Sales orders, notifying cars and Invoicing
* Documentation - Checking and matching LPO and Invoices for any discrepancies and timely submission to accounts department.
* Coordination with various internal departments to achieve timely vehicle delivery.
