-Manages and supervises all HR staff to ensure good performance and achieved results.
-Develop and implement HR programs to support the business needs of the organization
-Coordinates work activities among the administrative staff by delegating assignments, coordinating schedules, reviewing output, and evaluating performance.
-Coordinates with all departments on common interest issues to ensure smooth operation and efficient service to those departments.
-Participates actively in Management meeting.
-Maintains up-to-date staff files for all employees and casual workers and ensures that those files are accessed as per set policies and procedures.
- Understanding the jobs open and skill sets needed, sourcing the candidates, managing the interview and assessment cycle, managing a smooth offer preparation and negotiation, getting the employee on board and orienting him/her into the organization. .
-Prepares employment offers and work contracts for employment purposes in coordination with Resident Managers.
-Provides information and required input to the Top Management in terms of staff performance, labor laws and others.
-Design, evaluate & modify benefit policies; analyze compensation policiesand government regulations
-Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
-Resolve employee questions, inquiries and complaints or direct them to the appropriate parties.
- Knowledge and understanding of employment and labor laws, regulations, procedures, and standards.
