Manager of Business Development and Personal Lines, Bahrain - Gulf Connexions Jan 3rd 2013, 10:59 Our client, a Middle East based insurance company is looking for a Manager of Business Development and Personal Lines to join their expanding team in Bahrain. Responsibilities: • Enhance the level of services to existing clients in order to maximize cross selling. • Establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and services. • Develop, design, structure and market new products or services in line with Sharia'a principles. • Assure continuity of cover for the existing clients and liaise with the business development department. • Train and develop the business development team to improve productivity, know-how and quality of services offered to clients.
