About the Job: We are currently looking for Stores Administration Manager at a regional level. In this role you will be formalizing and assisting to implement the 'Standard Operating Procedures 'across all M&S stores and ensuring that all M&S stores have a consistent and customer friendly procedure with adequate controls to safeguard the assets of the company. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the following: * Ensuring the preparation of the Store Procedure's training material and provide training to the store personnel to facilitate a consistent implementation of the procedures across all M&S stores * Reviewing and modifying existing procedures to reflect changes in operations * Conducting periodic compliance reviews across all M&S Stores to ensure effective implementation and minimize the risks * Reviewing and advising on all internal audit reports of the stores.  * Ensuring the periodic stock count for all stores are conducted within the stipulated period * Assisting security and stores operations team to minimize scope for losses at the stores; discuss new practices and assist in the implementation across the business * Assisting HR team and store Management to carry out assessments for identifying, interviewing & recruiting Admin Department vacancies. * Ensuring that 'Key Performance Indicators' (KPI's) for store operations are developed and implemented    Job Details Date Posted: 2013-03-05 Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Role: Administration Company Industry: Administration Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Apply Now - Jobs in UAE - Search All Jobs
