About the Job:
We are looking to recruit an experience Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our Dubai based operations.
Job Purpose:
This high-profile role working with the acclaimed Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram & Volvo brands requires exceptional standards of customer service and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be able to maximise customer satisfaction by correct, timely communication and vehicle delivery.
Key responsibilities:
* To receive and check stock and report any defects/discrepancies to the Sales coordinator.
* Co-ordinate with W/S for pre-delivery requirements (e.g accessory fitment, washing, cleaning etc)
* Prepare delivery documentation (export documentation/warranty books etc)
* Deliver vehicles to customers and obtain clean delivery receipts.
* Maintain record of deliveries and documentation
* Be computer literate and prepare standard template quotes for approval
