Working as HR and Admin in the capacity of Office manager who handel, organize and supervise all of the HR, administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. Beside,
Research, Collecting data and Analysis covering Feasibility studies, Market Studies and Financial studies
Excellent background in Finance and Accounting
Translation (English and Arabic)
Short Handwriting
HR issues (Compesnation Plan, Business Plan, Performance Culuture etc)
International Correspondences
arranging travel;
organizing meetings and appointments;
delegating work and workload planning;
Project Managements and Time Managements
writing reports;
liaising with members of the senior management team;
keeping personnel records;
organizing the recruitment of new staff;
chairing meetings;
controlling the office budget;
administering
dealing with a wide range of human resource issues;
supervising the implementation of new filing office systems;
reviewing and updating policies.
