Main roles and responsibilities:
• Performs combination of duties to provide technical support to workshop technicians regarding all appliances (Split/window ACs, Washing Machines, Cooking Ranges and Refrigerators)
• Designates staff assignments, establishes work priorities, and evaluates cost and time requirements for each job
• Provide feedback to Manager on staff's daily quantitative performances (i.e. number AC Service, Repairs, Costing of different repairs etc.)
• Ensures the inventory checks of available tools and parts in workshop and provides daily/weekly reports
• Responsible for ensuring technicians are trained on all products and able to diagnose product issues
• Providing hands-on repair guidance to service Technicians and also advising Manager regarding frequent customer complaints and concerns. Must have vast knowledge of all major brands e.g. Samsung, General, Toshiba, Midas, Media etc.
• Monitor service operations and encourage technicians to repair the parts rather then replacement unless required
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
