The job responsibilities would include:
1- Working primarily with telephone and contact numerous clients daily.
2- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
3- Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers, generate new business
4- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone and emails, & maintain records of contacts, accounts, and databases,
5- Perform cold calling.
6- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
7- Reporting your own sales performance, achieving or exceeding targets.
8- Must be very informed on the products and services offered by company and receive training in various sales techniques.
9- Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential and/or commercial property market.
10- Excellent command of English, and Arabic as a mother tongue both are a MUST.
