JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for promoting and selling Company products to potential clients from within the Company Sales Point maintaining and expanding the department customers' database according to Company service quality standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Meets and greets customers in the Company Point of Sales, analyzes their needs, answers their inquiries, identifies and resolves their problems explaining and showing product features, specifications and capabilities and informing about product availability and prices for better selection and to meet sales quotas set by the Company.
2. Makes telephone calls to potential Customers promoting and demonstrating new products, answers their inquiries by phone or through email, using the internal system (Dolphin).
3. Prepares Sales quotations and contracts based on customers' requests. Quotes and negotiates prices, terms of sales, credit terms and other specifications according to Company Policies, and prepares sales and service agreements ensuring accuracy.
4. Prepares direct sales invoices based on pre-prepared Purchase Orders (PO) and handles to clients ensuring accuracy and maintaining all purchase orders in a related file for reference.
5. Follows up with concerned personnel in the Accounting department to prepare the sales Credit Notes ensuring accuracy and proper delivery to Clients.
6. Establishes and maintains cooperative and effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, clients and others retaining a positive working environment and reflecting the good image of the company.
7. Coordinates with Business Unit Manager/ Product Manager and the Warehouse Manager the sales returns ensuring accomplishment of task and following related work procedures. Maintains sales return records using a well-organized filing system.
8. Carries out office administrative related issues maintaining and updating effective filing system, preparing work related correspondences, and organizing appointments and meetings to ensure work accomplishment using effective time management and meeting deadlines.
9. Maintains and updates all data related to products' orders, sales activities, customers' details and their contact numbers for reporting purposes and management decision making.
10. Assists in setting up appointments with potential customers for outside sales representatives.
11. Keeps up-to-date with full knowledge on Company products specifications, features, benefits, advantages and disadvantages for better analysis of customer needs and proper answers to their inquiries ensuring successful sales projects.
12. Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
13. Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
