Technical and Tendering Assistant in lightining - Alghanim and Debbas W.L.L. Jan 14th 2013, 09:43 • Will be a part of the Design team providing a direct link to clients/customers for all technical enquiries. • They will act as a conduit for information transfer between the client, technical/design and the sales team to ensure the smooth effective transmission of information and communicate solutions to the client in the quickest possible timeframe. The successful individual ideally possess the following attributes: • Understanding and appreciation of the lighting technology. • Ability to deal with customers and suppliers at all levels. • Ability to understand & interpret Design and Technical Data. • Provide technical support to sales staff and be able to answer any customer queries that may arise. • Co-ordinate with technical & design team to ensure any issues do not occur and carry out customer visits to identify and rectify any problems. * prepare quotation and understand the product alternative during the project tendering and job in hand stages.
