Our client is currently recruiting for a Master Data AdministratorA functional technical position that will be responsible for the day to day development and maintenance (including maintaining the agreed service level) of Global Part Number (GPN) request generationKey Tasks Day to day activities of creating and maintain master data on the ERP System, SAP. Ensure on time Global Part Number (GPN), Bill of Materials (BOM) and route creation as per business requirement. Ensure the on time completion of GPN requests. Ensure Master Data is extended to service centres across Middle East and North Africa to fulfill service demand. Attend required meetings with the team to discuss performance and improvements. Ensuring the accuracy of GPN's created daily through accuracy checks. Viewing reports to identify GPN's that have failed in the supply chain process . Data extraction and mass modification using SAP transactions. Perform to individual and team KPI's. Point of contact with regard to any SAP Master Data issues with Material Master, Logistics and Supply Chain. Apply Material substitutions to effect sales orders and BOM and obsolete materials as per business demand. Coordinate with regional locations to find Global master data solutions. Contribute to updating departmental procedures and work instructions. Work with the ECN process. Attend Master Data training and help them understand the processes.
