Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Rabigh (Saudis Only) - Exel Saudi Arabia Jan 26th 2013, 10:39 Exel Saudi Arabia is currently looking to recruit a Operations Supervisor in Rabigh to plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of a team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training & development. General Accountabilities •Team Management •Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements •Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members •Deliver team member performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as appropriate •Facilitate effective communication •Manage all disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints) in line with HR policy •Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) •Cycle counts and inventory errors investigations •Work in collaboration with other MSC sites to maximize efficiencies and best practice •Organize and lead the focus on improved productivity levels Company Profile Who We Are: Exel - Saudi Arabia, today is part of Deutsche Post DHL family and represents DHL Supply Chain division in Saudi Arabia division In History: Our presence in Saudi Arabia starts with formal joint ventures with Olayan Group of companies established in early stage of 2002.
