Job Summary:
To efficiently plan, promote, organize and execute the business development activities of Freighworks (FW) Removals, Exhibitions and Artwork Removals products within the UAE. To ensure that Freightworks receives the maximum exposure and to successfully achieve sales and marketing targets by implementing pre-designed strategies and exploiting all business development opportunities in the local and international markets.
Job Outline
1.) Plans, recommends annual sales, business targets and promotional action plans/targets to the Freightworks Manager based on market needs.
2.) Design, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the territory in order to ensure growth in revenue and market share for Freightworks.
3.) Monitor, analyse and gather market trends and competitor activities in order to identify opportunities and anticipate threats in order to improve the market share of Freightworks in a highly competitive environment.
4.) Deal with complaints, suggestions, problems and requirements of potential customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction and good long term relations between the customer and overseas agents.
5.) Establish contacts and negotiate with world-wide agents to promote new areas to business.
6.) Strategize and execute activities to promote/negotiate business for Freightworks and identify, recommend and solicit potential new customers to widen the client base.
7.) Actively and closely interact with existing as well as potential clients to establish and enhance long term business relations.
