Key Responsibilities and requirements
-Head of Government Relations Department
-Manage Bi-Lingual Administrators and PROs
-Provide consultancy to clients (mostly Multi National Companies) on Government Relations activities
-Proactive in advising the clients on new / changes on the Government Relations activities and processes.
-Familiar with the process and requirements of all Government formalities related to human resources; the key task includes the following but not limited to:
- Registering the Company with various Govt. Departments (Labour office. Passport office, GOSI…)
- Obtain Work Visas
- Process Business visit and work visit visa
- Extension of Business visit and work visit visa
-Process Work permit and Residence Permit (Iqama)
-Renewal of work permit and iqamas
- Process Multiple and Single Exit Re-entry Visas
- SAGIA License Renewal
-Commercial Registration renewal
-Obtain / renew Municipality License
-Process Dependents' Resident visas / visit visas
-Responsible for all tasks related to Government Authorities; including but not limited to the following
-SAGIA
-Labour Ministry
-Passport Office
-Ministry of Foreign Affairs
-Recruitment office (Istiqdam)
-Chamber of Commerce
-Municipality
-GOSI
-Very Good managerial Skills
-Excellent Communication Skills (English and Arabic)
-At least 5 years experience with very good exposure to the Government related formalities.
