The Restaurant Assistant Manager will oversee all culinary functions and operational matters. He/she will also pitch in alongside Team Members to make food in the kitchen and serve guests in the Front of the House as needed. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will take ownership of all facets of the restaurant.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- All Daily operations: Administrative actives, delegating tasks, receiving orders from suppliers, daily stock control, execution of training program and quality control of products;
- Ensuring that all food products and guest relations are consistent with Hollywood Burgers high quality standards;
- Supervising all Hollywood Burger Team Members and teaching them to prepare food of consistently high quality and to deliver the best in guest service;
- Taking inventory and ordering/purchasing food and supplies while applying appropriate cost control measures;
- Ensuring that all health, safety and sanitation requirements are met in accordance with federal, state and local standards;
- Generating Team Member schedules ensuring coverage appropriate to drive sales;
- Training and Developing Team Members;
- Evaluation of Team Members performance.
