To run the operations and sales aspect of Air and Sea freight with high level of efficiency, process management, effective staff management and monitoring of the monetary aspects of the department. To handle all processes concerning air freight for Jazeera Airways. To handle inquiries relating to packing and removals.
Ensure the overall profitability for the department, in line with budget expectations. This includes the effective running and controlling of the operations and all its processes and ensuring compliance to the same. Ensure that timely and correct invoicing completion on a daily basis, in alignment with client profiles and standard operating procedures.
Responsible for fast and accurate communication with clients and staff, order and incident monitoring, and for making regular service calls to existing customers. Manage an execute implementation of customer requirements, standard operating procedures and client tariffs.
Development of existing customer base through extension business and new business and collaborate with the sales team in their pursuit of new business and existing business (e.g. joint sales calls/appointments).
Supervise the general operations of the office and manage staff maintaining high morale and team spirit.
