Civil Defense Specialist - Qatar Rail Feb 1st 2013, 19:16 • Liaises with civil defense and interacts with consultants to ensure compliance of civil defense requirements • Reviews, monitors and follows up the plans submitted by consultants till achieving the targeted deliverables from civil defense. • Keeps up to date with all new technical requirements arising from civil defense regulations or instructions from time to time and ensures that the same are adopted by the consultants. • Builds strong relationship with civil defense department to facilitate clearances and thrash out any pending issues. • Sets up proper protocol to control expected huge number of technical inquires and submittals produced by the consultants to the civil defense department • Represents Qatar Rail in all meetings and discussions related to civil defense permits, clearances and approvals. • Reports periodically to higher management about the progress any immediately in case of delay or relaxation from consultants and/or civil defense side in the process of obtaining civil defense approvals Job Details Date Posted: 2013-02-01 Job Location: Doha, Qatar Job Role: Engineering Company Industry: Construction/Civil Engineering; Transportation Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Degree: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma Apply Now - Jobs in Qatar - Search All Jobs
