• Reporting to the HRD, this role provides analytical and administrative support delivering numerous reporting, management information and benchmarking processes for a busy international HR department.
Key accountabilities/responsibilities:
• HR analysts compile reports and data related to human resources functions, including: compensation, employee performance, workforce development and attendance tracking.
• Working closely with human resources and information technology to ensure the integrity of human resources systems is also required in an HR analyst role. This includes system upgrades and analyzing potential security issues.
• Producing regular information on the current workforce including turnover and absence statistics for monthly board reports, quarterly metrics reports and other ad-hoc analysis/management information
• Working with the Team to design and test new queries and reports from the HR Database
• Assisting with the annual salary review process and preparatory benchmarking
• Completing annual submissions to relevant benchmarking surveys and producing market pay analysis
• Providing an accurate market benchmarking service to line managers and the HR Operations team
• Managing regular and ad-hoc data audits and system cleansing
• Contributing to a variety of projects to help create best operating practice in people management and HR delivery ranging from, total reward statements to reviewing HR department processes
• Coordinating delivery and promotion of various HR policies and benefit programs including holiday flex and long service; dealing with employee benefit enquiries
• Wider support to the Service Delivery team to ensure that all data and other information provided is both accurate and timely
