1. Receive new applications, follow up to complete the application, review them, make initial decisions, send to faculty for evaluation, and finally reply to applicants accordingly.
2. The above includes writing to the three referees per application as Admissions Officer to request letters of reference.
3. Combine potential applicants' files into PDF format and send them to the Admissions Committee for evaluation.
4. Maintain all organization applicants' records electronically.
5. Create individual folders of academic documents for all current and prospective students for hard copy documents.
6. Maintain the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of student records.
7. Prepare enrollment letters for current students in Arabic and English
8. Generate and translate students correspondence
9. Meet and greet potential student applicants and their families where necessary
10. Provide to Director for Admissions demographic and quantitative statistical data of all applicants..
