Key Tasks and Duties:
• Plan the strategy and implementation of the Marketing & Communications to ensure that all activities complement the activities of ZAPIA and AWPR are in keeping with the overall image desired to meet the growth expectations and expanding market.
• Work on the strategy development of corporate sales.
• Work closely with Park Operations and Business Development on sales and participates where the identified segment is part of the target audience.
• Prepare & propose marketing budget in order to deliver the approved strategy
• Manage the long term development of the ZAPIA and AWPR brand and communications strategy, and ensure that all communications activities are in line with the agreed strategy
• Sets the Marketing's Division goals, objectives, methods and procedures to attain such goals
• Instigates corporate communication (internal & external) rules & regulations
• Develops and recommends action plans in order to optimize profitability
• Periodically reviews and checks the working methods against pre-set standards and recommends improvements
• Evaluates the performance of all subordinates and seeks improvement in their capabilities.
• Develop and monitor progress of UAE National staff.
