1. High technical skills (Working in a Software development environment for minimum 5 Years - JDE is a plus)
2. Business Analysis: Conducts needs and feasibility studies for any new proposed implementation
3. Application Implementation: Implements new ERP modules and enhances existing applications
4. Business Consultancy: Provides consulting services to administrative users
5. Process Design: Analyzes needs, designs databases and adjust application setup accordingly
6. Application Training: Identifies training needs and give training to users
7. Functional and Technical Documentation: writes supporting documentation and implements appropriate production procedures
8. Reports progress to users, colleagues and management through formal written and informal verbal communications
9. Conducts research, reviews, tests and/or evaluations of potential new administrative support products or enhancements
10. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
11. Troubleshooting ERP problems for daily running operation
