Marketing Manager - Harmony Connections Oct 10th 2013, 07:48 We are currently hiring for a Marketing Manager who is already based in the UAE to work for a well renowned Multinational FMCG / Cosmetics and Fashion company With global value exceeding $28bn and over 80,000 employees the company boasts some of the world's most common and well recognized brands. Located in Dubai which is the Operational HQ for the GCC, Africa and the Levant Region, the role offers great exposure to much diversified markets. Due to internal movement and constant promotions my client is urgently seeking a Marketing Manager to work on their skincare brands and will be responsible for: • Initiating and developing the Marketing strategies and plans • Maximizing the volume and profit via consumer marketing programs across the GCC. • Creating the marketing budgets for the region and managing spend within agreed plans. • The management of the Marketing Team (Brand Managers & Assistant Brand Managers). • The creation of the proposal, presentation of strategic plans for the GCC's brand portfolio. • Setting volume, share, and market growth and financial objectives for the year. • Ongoing, to manage and deliver against these objectives with full volume and profit responsibility. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following disciplines: • 6 - 8 years' experience within the skincare industry with a strong focus on the branding strategies. • Working within a multinational company with strong experience in Skincare is a MUST • Regional exposure and implementation of Marketing / Branding campaigns throughout the channels within the GCC. • Setting the relevant marketing budgets for the skincare categories. • Speak / Read and Write Arabic Fluently is a strong bonus • MUST BE ALREADY BASED IN THE UAE.
