Job Purpose
-Provide Technical Support to IT end-users of the bank, set-up and maintain their accounts while implementing Security Policies for systems and Networks.
Job Description
-Resolve all routine outage, and Follow-up hardware/software problems with vendor and .
-Assist the ITD Team in getting all systems available to all users.
Educating users on the proper use of and troubleshooting activities for hardware and software utilized.
-Creates and maintains technical documentation
Assist in reviewing current work procedure and practices in order to improve existing control and security levels.
-Performing periodic preventive maintenance
-Follow daily backup procedures and handover to transport them to offsite location, request and represent them whenever they require.
Installing/Configuring new computers.
Make recommendation for new applications and or devices to improve the systems security features.
-End User Support: Diagnosing hardware and software problems.
-Assist in capturing/designing/implementing requirements for new projects.
Development of semi reporting scripts for end users requirements.
Development of semi application to improve end user's processes.
-Assist the direct manager in implementation plans up on request and co-ordinate with the concerned people for IT development.
-Create / reset passwords for users, lock / unlock user's accounts and handle other relevant duties as requested by the AGM-Support.
-Attends and participates in both in-house and outside training sessions to maintain awareness of overall bank products and/or technologies to increase the skills level.
