About Your Job:
As a Business Improvement Analyst you are responsible to initiate, justify, plan, organise, coordinate, implement and commission airport capital improvement projects at DIA/HIA. You will be required to recognize any shortfalls and identify potential solutions and initiatives to improve the customer experience at our airports. You will develop and analyze a range of operational reports for senior management and establish consistent monitoring based on defined targets.
The job is sensitive to the airport industry and company requirements and as such you must use your project management skills to deliver results within tight deadlines.
About You:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionateperson individuals with excellent analytical and communication skills who use their initiative to achieve results whilst working well under pressure.
You must be educated to degree level with experience in a similar role. You must have high degree of proficiency with analytical tools (MS Office professional, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, etc) and understand how to manipulate large data sets. Some knowledge of aviation rules and regulations will be an advantage.
