Major Work Tasks:
1. Key duty is to oversee the fabrication requirements for projects execution by supervising an internal Fabrication team for steel plant and for fabric plant, coordinating other internal sources and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
2. Discuss the detailing concept of different components of structures with Engineers.
3. Leading and prepared required information for fabrications.
4. Preparation of internal fabrication Time schedule of projects and coordinate with different parties to meet due dates.
5. Arrangement of projects material local and international and coordinate with purchasing.
6. Programming the fabrication works and checking the production plans.
7. Preparation of method of statement and equipment requirements.
8. Arrangement of manpower, finding solution for problem arising during the fabrication.
9. Check site and make sure of awareness of all fabrication problems and communications with customer to solve the problems.
10. Following up closely the cost of fabrication and time management to reduce the cost.
11. In-charge of machine allocation and factory layout.
12. Determination of required tools and equipment for fabrication of project and future expansion.
13. Check BOQ's for material and forecast the fabrication budget required for each project.
14. Arrangement of spare parts and requirements of machine.
