Create and build hiring database for recruitment within KSA (Universities, institutes, career websites, Etc.).
Search for candidates for the job through advertising and our database of candidates and some recruitment external agencies
Supplying the overseas manpower requirements (productive and non-productive) of the different business units of the company through the services of the overseas recruitment agencies to increase business' productivity
Identification of needs and in coordination with various departments to develop a recruitment plan
Sort the candidates according to the rules set for each
function, according to company systems
Coordination of job interviews to determine the date, place and procedures to facilitate travel and any logistical support
Participating in the work of personal interviews with the department concerned to contribute to the decision-making
Work and the necessary tests for each function
Selection of successful candidates and take the necessary approvals for appointment
