•Support the growth of the Company's sales by leading the Sales Support team in understanding customer requirements and product specifications, liaising with factories on availability and manufacturing of required material, preparing tender documents including costing of new projects and giving technical advise to Sales Team on design and product related matters.
•Assist the branch manager in developing the annual business plan by providing an accurate projection of resource requirements and cost involved.
•Set individual objectives to Sales Support personnel, provide directions and follow-up progress towards targets.
•Participate in complex projects discussions with clients, analyze clients' requirements, study Company products and provide technical advice on the best equipment / design that fulfills clients' requirements.
•Oversee preparation of documents and cost estimation including traffic analysis and estimation of cost based on factory offers.
•Devise costing tools and review costing sheets of submitted documents to ensure all quotes are competitive and profitable.
•Assist with conducting sales presentation to clients and product demonstration to help convert sales leads to materialized business.
•Establish and maintain strong contact / business relation with general contractors, architects, and owners during proposal, construction, installation and turnover phases.
•Hire and discipline associates. Assess staff performance, identify performance gaps, set development plans and liaise with concerned to develop training modules with the aim to increase staff productivity and efficiency reduce installation man-hour cost.
•Ensure full compliance of sales support activities with the Company's policies as detailed in each policy document i.e. HR policies, Health & Safety policy, Quality policies, …...etc and operational procedures and protocols.
•Compile and represent reports as required by the management.
