We are seeking a Sr. OA Automation Engineer to design and build an automation framework and lead all automation testing. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience and be able to build automated test scripts for testing web interfaces as well as backend and database services to ensure that software, systems, and services meet minimum standards and defined end-user and system requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of practical OA automation experience.
Experience with Automation Testing to identify and create appropriate test cases and scripts for automation and regression testing.
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
Comprehension of test management, defect tracking tools and requirements management.
Must have experience with Linux.
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Skills and Certifications:
5 years' experience with Selenium and /or OTP and / or an equivalent test automation tool is a MUST.
SOAP XIVIL, WSDL.
Web application testing.
Development experience with Java,VB or C#.
Experience in scripting languages (JavaScript, jQuery).
Strong experience with SOL.
Automation.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Contribute, as part of a team, towards organizational goal of providing high quality products.
Test, through all stages of the software lifecycle.
Design, maintain and execute / continuous integration automation test cases.
Work with software engineers to analyze test results and debug problems.
Translates assigned end-user requirements into fully documented test cases and scripts in accordance with approved test plans.
Creates and executes efficient database queries to support, perform, or validate test cases.
Interacts with test team and other groups to identify, create, and maintain test data needed to execute test cases.
Evaluates results of test execution and records, retests when expected results not achieved.
