Telephone Operator (Part time) Saudi Only. - Raytheon Middle East System company Feb 2nd 2013, 12:09 Responsibilities & duties: • Operates a switchboard or telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. • Examines credentials of persons desiring entrance to restricted areas. Arranges visit authorizations for employees and others to gain access to restricted areas. • Monitors compound premises with closed circuit TV system to protect property and personnel against tire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry and other hazards. • Responds to emergencies according to written instructions. • Reports suspicious or unusual occurrences and coordinates and operates with security department. • Reports emergencies such as crash, tire, aircraft. medical, hazardous waste, terrorist incursions, and other emergencies to security department and/or appropriate governmental agencies. • Performs other duties as assigned.
